Silk is an ultra-light, natural animal textile fiber that was discovered in ancient China. Despite its delicacy silk is an elastic and durable fabric. Silk has excellent hygienic properties which makes it perfect for summer. This breathable fabric does not irritate even the most sensitive skin. One of the most unique properties of the silk fiber is moisture absorption - silk can absorb three quarters of water while remaining dry really long. Silk requires frequent ventilation and rare washing, but with proper care this fabric will retain its properties for many years.

Silk items are recommended to wash by hand. The washing and rinsing water temperatures should not be very cold, but nor exceed 30 degrees.

Polyester, also known as diolethane, dacron, terylene and tetorone is a synthetic fiber. Polyester is very durable and long-lasting. It dries very quickly, hardly creases and retains its shape perfectly. Polyester is an important supplement for natural fibers improving their strength.

Polyester must be protected from heat, so it is recommended to wash it at the temperatures up to 40°C.
